The Emotion Wheel is your primary tool for tracking emotions throughout the day. It's divided into six main categories, each represented by a different color:
- Happy - Joy, contentment, and positive emotions
- Surprised - Unexpected feelings and reactions
- Fearful - Anxiety and uncertainty
- Angry - Frustration and irritation
- Sad - Melancholy and down feelings
- Bad - Physical and mental discomfort
Time Periods
Your day is divided into three distinct periods, allowing you to track how your emotions change throughout the day:
Morning
5:00 AM - 11:59 AM
Afternoon
12:00 PM - 4:59 PM
Evening
5:00 PM - 11:59 PM
Emotion Notes
Add context to your emotions with personal notes. This feature helps you:
- •Add Context: Write down what triggered the emotion or how you're processing it
- •Track Patterns: Identify recurring situations or triggers that affect your emotions
- •Personal Journal: Keep a record of your emotional journey with detailed notes
Notes can be added, edited, or removed within the same time period as the emotion they're attached to.

- •Daily View: See all your emotions for the current day, organized by time period
- •Calendar: View your emotional history in a monthly calendar format
- •Editing: Modify or remove emotions and notes within their time period
