Email Address
We collect your email address only when you create an account. This is used for:
- Account authentication and login
- Password recovery if needed
- Important service updates (rarely)
Personal Data You Create
All data you create in the app is completely private and belongs to you:
- Emotion logs and notes
- Gratitude entries
- Journal entries
- AI conversation history
How We Use Your Information
Email Address: Used solely for account management and authentication. We do not send marketing emails or share your email with third parties.
Personal Data: Your emotional data, gratitude entries, and journal content are used only to provide the service to you. This data is never shared, analyzed for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose other than displaying it back to you in the app.
Anonymous Usage: You can use the app without creating an account. In this case, your data is stored locally and associated with a random session ID.

Row Level Security

Your emotional data, gratitude entries, journal content, and personal notes are never shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising purposes. This data belongs to you and remains private.
AI Analysis
When you use our "Ask AI" feature, your data is processed to provide personalized insights. This processing:
- Happens securely within our system
- Does not store your data with the AI provider
- Only analyzes data you've already entered
- Provides insights solely for your benefit
Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- Access: View all your data through the app interface
- Edit: Modify or update your entries within allowed time periods
- Delete: Remove individual entries or your entire account
- Export: Request a copy of your data (contact us)
Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal tracking:
- Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and app functionality
- Session Storage: Temporary data for anonymous users
- Analytics: Basic usage statistics to improve the service (no personal data)
We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
For anonymous users, data is retained until the browser storage is cleared or the session expires.
